Try-in Framework

This article shows how you can test prior to the complicated production of a scaffold of steel, gold or zirconium whether the jaw relation and the desired aesthetics corresponds to the manufactured scaffold.

In these cases the complete restoration of one or both jaws, the jaw relationship is often redefined and simultaneously a better aesthetics is sought.

 

Often herefor plastic teeth are situated around a try-perform. This is a very time–consuming and cost–intensive way, which is often not even the gums ratios, so lets check the red-white esthetics.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I recommend here the production of a temporary bridge made of PMMA by means of CAD / CAM technology. Here, the plastic teeth and much work time can be saved.

With this bridge both,- the position of the abutments, as well as the position of the teeth and tooth form can be checked.

 

 

 

In addition, the shape of the gums can be planned and on the bridge can be made marks if changes are desired or if pink ceramic is to be used.

In the mouth the occlusion can be either grinded, or you can make a jaw relation with bite registration material on the scaffolding.

 

 

 

 

If the models are re-mounted in the articulator according to the try-in, there is in making the definitive bridge no coincidences but we can work safely and planned manner.
