Dieser Kunde hat uns den gefrästen Steg geschickt mit der Bitte um Fräsung der Überkonstruktion. Der Sekundärsteg sollte friktionslos auf dem Primärsteg sitzen und nur durch die distalen Riegel arretiert werden. Für eventuell später auftretende manuelle Probleme des Patienten (z.B. Unfähigkeit den Riegel zu bedienen) wurden vorsorglich Kunststoff-Friktions-Elemente für den späteren Einbau vorgesehen.
This customer has given us the milled bar with a request to milling the superstructure. The secondary bar should frictionless sit on the primary bar and be locked only by the distal MK1-locks. For any subsequent occurring manual problems of patient (for example, inability to use the locking) were provided as a precautionary measure plastic friction elements for later installation.

Die Riegel werden vor der Fertigstellung mit dem Gerüst verklebt.
The locks will be glued before completion with the framework.
Für das spätere Einkleben der Riegel wurden okklusale Fenster in den Rahmen geschnitten.
For the subsequent gluing of the lockings, occlusal windows have been cut in the frame.
Für die Zähne wurden zusätzliche Retentionen gefräst.
Additional retentions for the teeth were milled.
